Our Professional Standard

All childcare professionals placed through Lowcountry Nanny & Babysitting Agency must:

  • Have a minimum of 3 years of professional childcare experience

  • Pass a comprehensive background screening

  • Provide professional childcare references

  • Hold current CPR and First Aid certification

  • Be reliable, professional, and committed to providing exceptional childcare

  • Be non-smokers and maintain a smoke-free lifestyle while employed with families

  • Demonstrate excellent communication skills and professionalism

  • Family babysitting, occasional care for relatives, and unpaid childcare experience do not count toward our minimum experience requirements
