• Professional Experience: Minimum of 3 years of verifiable professional childcare experience.​

• References: At least 3 professional references related to childcare.​

• Certifications: Current CPR and First Aid certification, or willingness to obtain certification before the position begins.​

• Background Check: Willingness to undergo a comprehensive background screening.​

• Commitment: Ability to commit to at least a 1-year placement.​

• Professionalism: Demonstrated professionalism in all aspects of work.​

• Employment Agreement: Willingness to enter into a written contract with the family (templates can be provided).​
