Professional Childcare Experience: Minimum of 3 years of recent, verifiable experience in professional childcare settings (excluding family members).
References: At least 3 professional references related to childcare, demonstrating reliability and excellence in previous roles.
CPR & First Aid Certification: Current certification in infant and child CPR and First Aid, or willingness to obtain certification prior to placement.
Background Check: Consent to a comprehensive background screening, including criminal history and driving records.
Commitment: Willingness to commit to a minimum of 1 year in a long-term placement.
Professionalism: Demonstrated professionalism, including punctuality, communication skills, and a genuine passion for childcare.
Legal Work Status: Legal authorization to work in the United States.
Contract Agreement: Willingness to enter into a formal employment contract with the family; templates can be provided upon request.
