Her background in business management, combined with years of hands-on childcare experience and ongoing education in child development, has shaped an agency model focused on exceptional standards, careful screening, and highly personalized placements. Hello! I'm Angela Roberts, the Family Referral Specialist at Lowcountry Nanny & Babysitting Agency.
With over 14 years of customer service experience in a hospital setting, I have dedicated my career to helping others with compassion, professionalism, and genuine care. Working in healthcare has taught me the importance of listening, clear communication, and providing dependable support during life's important moments.
I also earned an Associate of Applied Science in Information Assurance and Technology, which has strengthened my organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills. I believe that attention to detail and exceptional service are essential when helping families begin their search for quality childcare.
As the Family Referral Specialist, my role is to welcome families to Lowcountry Nanny & Babysitting Agency and connect them with our agency's trusted placement services.
